  • How does Selah Treatment Center differ from a traditional private practice?

Selah Treatment Center seeks to heal the deep roots of suffering and help lead people toward wholeness through long-term treatment.

Selah Treatment Center receives financial support through donations, grants, and fundraisers which subsidizes sessions. This translates to clients’ sessions being subsidized. Whereas a private practice model is paid through benefits, insurance, or out-of-pocket by the client.

Within a private practice model, the total duration of sessions is dependent upon total amount of money covered by benefits and insurance, or the ability to pay out-of-pocket.

  • If I am not a Christian, can I receive services from Selah Treatment Center?

Yes! Our guiding values of faith, hope, and love are Christian based, and this is what fosters our passion to serve people.

  • Does Selah Treatment Center utilize Christian therapeutic methods?

All of our treatment methods are scientifically research-based and utilized by mental health and medical agencies, hospitals and practices. We will only integrate Christian counselling when specifically requested by clients.
